I am Ailun Zhou, a graduate of Pratt Institute, NY, where I majored in Digital Interactive Arts. As a lifelong gaming enthusiast, I took game engine courses during college to deepen my understanding of interactive media. Growing up in China and later studying abroad in the United States, along with a six-month exchange experience in Japan, these diverse experiences have shaped my perspectives on art, technology, and game design.

I believe that a good piece of art, installation, or game should embrace inclusivity and challenge conventional viewpoints. In my work, I often place players in unique roles, such as embodying a fish, a psychiatric patient, or other unconventional characters, encouraging them to explore new perspectives and rethink familiar ideas. My goal is to create thought-provoking, immersive, and meaningful interactive experiences.
